🐄 1. Natural Animal Feeding

The curd is churned slowly using a traditional wooden bilona.
This is physically demanding work that takes time and strength.
As a result, fresh white makhan (butter) separates naturally without machines or shortcuts.

The hand-churned butter is then cooked slowly on a low flame in a traditional pot (chatti).
This process takes hours, not minutes.
